The ministry team at Ridgeway consists of all its members and friends who actively participate in its services. In the interest of functioning effectively, the congregation employs a pastor, director of music/organist, an office manager and a custodian.

Pastor –Elizabeth (Liz) Bidgood Enders was installed as Ridgeway’s pastor on Sunday, June 11, 2006. She is joined by her husband (Greg) and two young children.  Liz has background in both the Church of the Brethren and the American Baptist Church.  She enjoys working with many age groups and has a passion for peace and justice issues.

Liz and Greg are graduates of Elizabethtown College (B.A. Religious Studies) and Bethany Theological Seminary (M.Div).  They were co-pastors of Mack Memorial Church of the Brethren in Dayton, Ohio, following graduation.  Later, Liz answered the call to serve as Pastor of Spiritual Formation at Manchester Church of the Brethren.

Pastor Liz has a warm, welcoming smile and exuberance for ministry that comes across whenever she speaks.  As she envisions working with folks at Ridgeway, she said she looks “forward to returning to the home state of her youth and especially to working with a group of people who are excited to explore God’s leading and call together.”

Director of Music/Organist – Richard N. Williams began as Director of Music/Organist in January of 2005.  He graduated from The University of Mobile, Mobile, Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music; Post-Baccalaureate Study in Music education earning Teacher Certification in the State of Georgia at Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia; and Master of Church Music from Southern Seminary, Louisville, Kentucky.  He was ordained as a minister at Parkwood Hills Baptist Church, Decatur, Georgia.  Richard brings to Ridgeway thirty years of experience in music ministry.  The Choir rehearses on Thursdays at 7:00 p.m., September through mid-June.  Come; join us for a time of singing and fellowship.  See "Ridgeway's Ministry of Music" on our website for more information on our music program.

Office Manager – Ridgeway's office manager is the first point of contact for those visiting the church during the week or calling on the telephone. In addition to the standard secretarial/receptionist responsibilities, she manages rentals of the church facilities and publishes the monthly newsletter, "Communiqué."

Sextons – Shelly Grove and Jan Gough currently serve as church sextons, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the church facilities.
